Artwork prices do not include applicable sales taxes. Under current Canadian small supplier regulations, DKLM Art Studio is not required to collect GST/HST. If tax regulations change in the future, any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Are the artworks framed?
No. All original artworks and prints are shipped unframed to ensure safer transportation and to allow each collector to select a frame that best complements their personal style and décor.
Do the listed dimensions refer to the artwork or the paper?
The listed dimensions refer to the overall paper size. Each original drawing includes approximately a 1-inch (2.5 cm) white border around the artwork, allowing for easier framing and matting.

How are artworks packaged for shipping?
Every artwork is carefully packaged using professional archival materials to help ensure it arrives safely. Original drawings are protected with acid-free materials and shipped in rigid flat packages or heavy-duty mailing tubes, depending on their size.
What happens if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
All shipments are insured, and we will work with you to resolve the issue according to our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Will the artwork look exactly like the photographs?
While every effort is made to accurately represent each artwork, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, paper texture, and the unique characteristics of original charcoal drawings.
